iSAP Expenses is a convenient iOS or Android mobile app to help users track expenses quickly and efficiently. The solution lets users rapidly capture receipts and automatically recognises costs, receipt details and expense categories.

The app stores and segments expense data by month and separately calculates business travel costs based on mileage. At the end of each month, the solution lets users quickly generate an expense report, which is submitted back into SAP Business One for line manager approval. If costs are associated with a project, users can promptly book expenses against activities completed.

The solution can be used either online or offline with data synced back into SAP Business One when connectivity is restored. Additionally, when reports are submitted to SAP, documents can be generated into a Journal Entry or Purchase Invoice (optional).
